One engineer. A fleet of agents.

I'm Michiel Bellen. I build AI automation, custom web platforms and Cardano systems — engineered so a one-person company can outproduce a department.

Systems

What I actually build

Four systems, one operator. Each is something I have shipped and maintain — not a service page written to fill a grid.

SYS-01

AI automation & agents

Multi-agent systems that do real work — research, generate, deploy, invoice, report — instead of demoing well. Built on Claude, local Ollama models and Python, with typed contracts between agents so nothing quietly drifts.

  • Multi-agent orchestration
  • Hybrid cloud + local LLM routing
  • Document & data extraction
  • Back-office workflow automation
SYS-02

Web platforms

Laravel and Filament applications with real authentication, admin, booking and content management from day one. Not a template with your logo dropped on it — a product your business runs on.

  • Laravel 10 + Filament 3
  • Booking & scheduling
  • Trilingual NL / FR / EN
  • Admin panels you can actually use
SYS-03

Cardano & verifiable data

On-chain credentials, native tokens and wallet integrations on Cardano. Open Badges that stay verifiable even if the issuing institution stops existing.

  • Open Badges on-chain
  • Native tokens & metadata (CIP-25/68)
  • Wallet integration
  • Smart contract integration
SYS-04

Digitisation

Paper, spreadsheets and copy-paste handoffs turned into systems that run themselves. Usually the highest-return thing a Belgian SMB can do, and the least glamorous.

  • Process mapping
  • Legacy data migration
  • Integrations (Zoho, API, exports)
  • Reporting that gets read

The fleet

Seven agents, one operator

MCHLBLLN runs on an orchestrator I built to replace the parts of an agency that scale badly. It finds the work, builds it, ships it, bills it and reports on it. Select a unit for its briefing.

Analyzer

Role · Reconnaissance

Crawls a target business and extracts a structured briefing — services, audience, language, brand assets, booking tooling — then scores exactly where the current site is losing customers.

Output

A typed Briefing — services, audience, language, brand assets, and a weakness score.

MCHLBLLN Factory

Python Claude Ollama Multi-agent

The seven-agent orchestrator behind this page. Finds Belgian SMBs with failing websites, builds each a bespoke replacement, deploys it to a preview domain, and runs the back office.

SMB platform

Laravel Filament MySQL

What the factory ships: a Laravel and Filament application per customer — booking, team, services, opening hours, reviews, real admin — with a visual identity built for that business alone.

Cardano Python Infrastructure

Engineering in the Cardano ecosystem: infrastructure, tooling and open-source contributions around the protocol.

A home lab assistant — local models, voice, calendar and a wall tablet. Where everything gets broken first, before a customer ever sees it.

Approach

How a project runs

Four phases. No discovery theatre, no twelve-week silence.

  1. 01

    Recon

A call and a hard look at what you have. I map the process, find where the money leaks, and tell you plainly if automation is the wrong answer for you.

  2. 02

    Blueprint

A fixed-scope plan: what gets built, what it costs, and what it deliberately will not do. You approve a document, not a feeling.

  3. 03

    Fabricate

I build it in the open. You get a live preview URL in the first week and watch it fill in — no reveal at the end, no surprises.

  4. 04

    Deploy & maintain

Live on your domain, monitored, backed up and maintained on a monthly fee — or handed over with the keys and the documentation. Your call, not mine.

Operator

The human in the loop

I'm Michiel — a Belgian engineer who has been shipping software for over a decade in PHP, JavaScript and Python. MCHLBLLN is my name with the vowels taken out, and it is a one-person company on purpose.

I hit the ceiling every good freelancer hits: the work is only ever as big as the hours. The standard answer is to hire. I went the other way and built a fleet of agents that handles research, build, deployment, billing and reporting — so the quality bar stays mine and the throughput stops being my problem.

The rest of the time I'm in the Cardano ecosystem building verifiable-credential tooling, or in the home lab teaching a local model to run my house.
